Win tickets to the South African Antique, Art and Design Association Expo

JOHANNESBURG – Who needs an antique roadshow when you could just head over to the highly-anticipated South African Antique, Art and Design Association (Saada) Expo from 2 to 4 October.

No less than 20 of the country’s premier selection of accredited antique, art and design dealers will be at the expo – and it’s going to be bigger and better than before.

After the recent success of the first Saada Antique Instawalk, the expo promises to be one heck of a day out for collectors, dealers and even antique amateurs.

While the dealers have spent up to a year sourcing stock for this expo, it will probably take you all of five minutes to fall in love with one of the beautiful, completely unique items.

“There is a layering of history and the contemporary with regard to the evolution of design that is exciting, bold and thought-provoking,” said Paul Mrkusic, CEO of Saada.

The collections will appeal to veteran and new generation aficionados, collectors, or anyone just looking for something different with an interesting story attached.
There will even be a fun, Find the Fake competition, where you stand the chance to win a two-night stay at Tintswalo Atlantic. This prize includes accommodation, breakfast, dinner, and selected non-alcoholic beverages for two!

All you have to do is find which item is not an original or genuine piece and enter your details on the entry form provided at the expo. The winner will be drawn at 6pm on 4 October.

The expo takes place from 2 to 4 October from 10am to 6pm at the Wanderers Club. Tickets are R100 at the door.
