Residents are warned to prepare for a planned power outage that may take place on 17 September.
Ward 117 councillor Tim Truluck has circulated via e-mail that certain suburbs may not have electricity from 10pm to 6am on the day. “The power may be off due to maintenance work on the network. Please be prepared,” said Truluck.
The following suburbs may be affected:
- Rosebank
- Saxonwold
- Parkwood
- Parktown North
- Dunkeld
- Dunkeld West
- Craighall
- Killarney
- Hyde Park
- Melrose.
