Crime fighting champion of South Africa, Yusuf Abramjee has allegedly been involved in an attempted hijacking in Kingsway Road, Auckland Park, earlier today.
Abramjee tweeted following the incident, “They tried to hijack me along Kingsway Road Auckland Park. Men in a White Tazz. No back reg no. High speed chase.”

According to a facebook post by Intelligence Bureau SA, it is believed that 5 armed males tried to hijack Abramjee outside the Rand Clinic in Hillbrow.
Andre Snyman, head of Eblockwatch, posted in the Eblockwatch facebook group, “Big search on for guys who tried to hijack Yusuf from crime line. White Tazz without number plates.”
