The apartment building is at the corner of Banket and Paul Nel streets.

According to sergeant Mduduzi Zondo, spokesperson for the Hillbrow Police, the man was found to be hanging by a DSTV satellite dish on the 13th floor of the building.

Zondo added that the circumstances around the death were curious since the man had lived on the third floor of the building.
