A twar between two food giants
JOHANNESBURG – Local band, Prime Circle started a ‘twar’ between Spur and Nando's thanks to an innocent picture shared on Twitter.
While on their way to Durban to perform at Sunday’s Old Mutual Music in the Gardens, the band made a pit stop to grab a bite to eat at the local Spur.
However, when given their meal, they noticed that the butter that was brought along with it was covered in the Nandos brand.
What ensued is a chuckle-worthy banter between the two food franchises, and even Woolworths got involved.
