Comminuty Active Protection's vision is to benefit the community by keeping the streets safe.

CSO was involved in the founding of Community Active Protection (CAP) in order to assist the broader community with the rampant crime plaguing Johannesburg. CAP areas include Riverclub North in Bryanston, Emmarentia, Greenside, Glenhazel, Greater Lombardy, Greater Oaklands and Orchards, Gresswold, Highlands North, Houghton, Melrose, Birdhaven, Norwood, Sandhurst, Sandown, Strathavon, Savoy, Waverley, Saxonwold, Senderwood, Linksfield and Victory Park.

Residents in theSe areas are encouraged to call CAP if they notice any suspicious activity.
