Family and friends gathered together to mourn the loss of Warrant Officer Ndlovu.
The memorial service was held at the main hall at the Hillbrow Police Station.
Ndlovu was shot and killed in the early hours of 11 July.
The officer was killed in an armed robbery at Jeppe Hostel.
