BREAKING: Motorist robbed while driving, shots fired
KILLARNEY - A woman was just robbed of her valuables while she was driving.
An armed robbery just occurred on the corner of Anerley Road and 3rd Avenue in Killarney.
It is believed that three armed robbers in a black VW Golf GTI stopped in front of the victim believed to be in her late forties, got out of their car and approached the female driver’s vehicle.
The victim, who was driving her Land Rover, was not harmed in the robbery, however, shots were fired at her car.
Mduduzi Zondo spokesperson of Hillbrow police said,”The victim noticed a vehicle following her, which then overtook her car and parked in front of her.”
A case of robbery has been opened and police are still investigating.

The suspects managed to get away with a statue that had just been bought, an undisclosed amount of cash, a Louis Vuitton handbag valued at R60 000, a Rolex watch, diamond earrings and other jewellery she had been wearing.
