The Rand Aid Association care centre’s Magical Moments Campaign aims to record memorable, touching moments experienced by residents, their families, staff members, volunteers and visitors.
“We ask that you take a good look around you and if you notice something heart-warming, memorable, moving, magical, good, funny or positive, please share it with us,” says Debbie Christen, manager of Recreational Programmes.
The ‘magical moment’ and any accompanying photographs will be displayed on special notice boards that have been erected on all of the care centre’s wings. The care centre, which is situated in the grounds of Elphin Lodge in Lyndhurst, will eventually transfer all contributed information to scrapbooks for the lasting enjoyment of all.
