Phillips was woken by his dog barking at 11.15 pm on 17 March.
He said he noticed one of his camera angles was wrong which made him look through the footage.
The video shows the suspect moving extremely slowly to avoid detection by external beams, explained Phillips. “I rewound it and found this footage, as well as footage of him moving the camera with the pool net,” he said.

Parkview police spokesperson Lloyd Ramavho urged residents to report such incidents to the police.
He confirmed that he had since upgraded his security fence, covering the open area.
