The protestors shall march to where the woman’s body was found brutally raped and murdered on 25 January in Orange Grove. Click here to read related article.

The Norwood Community Police Forum will also lay flowers in order to commemorate the life of the slain resident.

Debi Cox of the Norwood Community Police Forum said, “We will walk on Saturday 21 March (Human Rights Day) from the Victory Theatre on Louis Botha Avenue to the Norwood Saps Police Station where we will deliver a petition. In this petition, we will request our Norwood Saps to do all in their power to find and investigate those responsible for this crime. We need justice for this woman and all those in our community affected by criminality. It is an outrage that the popular daughter, sister and mother of three might become just another statistic. All members of the community are welcome to come and protest.”
