Success for Liberty Community College matrics

BRAMLEY - Matric pupils at Liberty Community College have high hopes for their futures as they receive their final results.

Dineo Nicoline Mojapelo and Karabo Matlala were just two of the matric pupils eagerly awaiting their results this morning, in anticipation of a bright future to reward their hard work.

Mojapelo and Matlala are pupils at Liberty Community College, a high school in Bramley that draws many of its pupils from nearby Alexandra. Matlala is justifiably proud of his pass, and hopes to make the most of his matric qualification by acquiring an internship at Byte Information Technology company.

Mojapelo, meanwhile, has put in a stellar performance, winning first prize in both the provincial and national Accounting Olympiads, and being awarded prestigious scholarships from both KPMG and Ernst and Young.

Mojapelo aims to become a chartered accountant, and it seems that this bright star is well on her way to success.

Liberty Community College’s vice principal, Precious Phida, has much to celebrate, as the class of 91 pupils emerged with a 94 percent pass rate, 45 Bachelor Degree passes, 35 Diploma passes, and 5 Higher Certificates.

Meanwhile, Mojapelo and Matlala can celebrate their success in the knowledge that they have done themselves and their school proud.
