BREAKING NEWS: Man found stabbed to death in Craighall

CRAIGHALL - A 40-year-old man was found dead on the corner of Jan Smuts and Buckingham avenues in the early hours of 15 October.

According to Parkview police spokesperson Sergeant Lloyd Ramovha the man was found dead on the road at around 3am.

“Next to him were a brick, two bread knives, clothes and small groceries,” he said.

Ramovha said the motive of the crime was unknown, no suspects had been arrested and that investigations were underway.

An anonymous caller told the Rosebank Killarney Gazette that the man was the owner of a cafe in the area, and that he was well-known and well-loved within the community.
