Craighall resident robbed at gunpoint
Another Craighall resident was robbed at gunpoint in his home.
The complainant said three men gained access to his home by breaking the gate and entering the house through the kitchen door.
According to Parkview police spokesperson, Princess Mudau the complainant was forced to lie down on the floor and was dragged to his bedroom.
“The man was then tied up with his shoelaces and robbed of his watch, a laptop, a cellphone and wallet,” she said.
A few days earlier another Parkhurst resident was also victim to a housebreaking and theft.
Mudau said, “The resident noticed one morning that his garage had been broken into and his lawnmower, GPS navigator, bicycle, tools and stepladder stolen.”
No suspects have been arrested in connection with either incident.
