The race starts 6:30pm and ends at 8:00pm.
The challenge, in its 11th year, will see 13 000 walkers and runners take to the streets in support of a good cause.
Joggers will start the race at Venus Street while the walkers will begin at Wingfield Avenue. All participants will then merge and make their way up to Melrose Street.
The JP Morgan Corporate Challenge Series was founded in August 1977 in New York as a single race in Central Park. It has now grown into the largest corporate road racing series in the world with 13 races in seven countries such as England, Germany and South Africa.

The alternative routes for residents who want to enter the Melrose and Birdhaven areas are:
q Into North Street from Oxford Road (avoid Rudd Road)
q Into Greenacres Drive from Edgewood Avenue and Melrose Street
q Into Cecil Avenue from Glenhove Road.
