GREENSIDE – A man was robbed at gunpoint as he parked his car near the corner of Clovelly and Mowbray roads.
As he was about to leave his car, he was approached by a man who pointed a gun at him.
Parkview police spokesperson Princess Mudau said the suspect searched the man and took his white iPhone, a Diesel wallet containing an undisclosed amount of money, wristwatch, driver’s licence and bank cards.
“The suspect then ran to a dark-coloured VW Golf 6 which was parked in front of the victim’s car and fled the scene,” said Mudau.
The value of the stolen items was estimated at R15 000.
No arrests have been made.
