Families enjoy family fun open day at Mina Lopato Nursery School

Mina Lopato Nursery School’s annual family fun day on September 15 was a resounding success, marked by a vibrant blend of celebration and community engagement. This year, the event took on a fresh format, combining the traditional festivities with an open day, to welcome new and prospective parents.

The atmosphere was electric as current families and alumni mingled, sharing stories and catching up, while the children revelled in a plethora of activities. From crafts and jumping castles to sports and messy play, there was no shortage of entertainment to keep the young ones thoroughly engaged.

The school’s expansive, child-friendly grounds provided the ideal backdrop for a relaxed day. Parents took advantage of the pleasant weather, enjoying the relaxed environment while their children explored and played indoors and outdoors.

A highlight of the day was the opportunity for parents, new and current, to tour the school and witness the recent upgrades and improvements. One parent’s enthusiastic reaction summed it up perfectly: “Wow – Mina is unrecognizable! We can’t get over how beautiful it’s looking.”

The event highlighted the unique blend of diversity and culture at Mina Lopato, further strengthening the ties within the school community and reaffirming the sense of family that defines the institution.
