Pirates Bowls keep their set their eyes on the jack

Pirates Club bowls take place every Saturday from 09:30 to 12:30 for all ages.

Locals soaked up the sun and put their best foot forward while bowling at the Pirates Club on August 11.

The bowls club chairperson Steve Hollis said they held their Social Bowls Programme every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 12:30. It is open to everyone of all ages at a minimal cost of R30 per person which includes coaching.

“It is a great way to get extra exercise and have fun, so come along and make new friends,” he said.

“There is a first-class café on site that provides hot beverages and healthy breakfasts plus an outdoor play facility for children. I look forward to welcoming new members to the Social Bowls family.”
