The start of the new term is an opportunity to explore the wonders of the world around them. With their curious eyes and infectious energy, they remind us all of the joy that comes with discovery and play. As they reunite with teachers and classmates, the atmosphere is filled with anticipation for the discoveries and achievements that lie ahead.

In the opening assembly, principal Lynne Elfick welcomed the Rosies back to what promises to be a dynamic term filled with new experiences and learning opportunities. Expressing her delight at the prospect of the upcoming activities, Elfick remarked, “It’s lovely to be back, all exciting things that are going to happen in the term, all the new things that you’re going to be learning.”

Among the eagerly anticipated events, learners looked forward to Pyjama Day on May 10 which sets a fun and relaxed tone for the start of the term. Following this, Book Week is scheduled to captivate young readers with literary adventures and imaginative storytelling.

Rosies are encouraged to be themselves and embrace their individuality. Whether it’s expressing creativity, sharing unique ideas, or following personal interests, it is celebrated as an essential part of learning and growing.
