St John’s College aftercare centre hosts bee day

Roedean School South Africa learners get to wear bee-suits.

St John’s College aftercare centre was buzzing with excitement as their young boys and girls from Roedean School South Africa gathered to learn about bees and the vital role they play in our ecosystem. Lion-Cachet, Director of Sport at the college and a registered beekeeper introduced them to beekeeping basics, a bee-suit demonstration, how to test for real honey and the chance to taste some delicious honey.
