Upgrades effect two-week road closure

ROSEBANK – Road closures will be for two weeks.

Due to ongoing road upgrades, Rosebank motorists and residents are advised of parking restrictions and road closures on the corner of Cradock and Tyrwhitt avenues in Rosebank.

Warren Wilson of Blend Property Group shared the following plan which indicates the extent of the affected roads which will temporarily be closed from March 28, 05:00 until April 11, 18:00.

“The corner of Cradock and Tyrwhitt avenues, indicated on the plan in red, will be completely closed to motorists. However, a walk path is available for pedestrians on the existing sidewalks. During the closure, pointsmen will be in attendance on both Tyrwhitt and Cradock avenues.”

Wilson said the remaining portion of Tyrwhitt Avenue, between the intersection of Tyrwhitt and Bath avenues and the closure, will be treated as a two-way road during those dates. He added that for this reason, no parking would be permitted along this portion of Tyrwhitt Avenue.

The remaining portion of Cradock Avenue, between the intersection of Cradock and Biermann avenues and the closure, will also be treated as a two-way road for the duration of the aforementioned dates. Wilson said for this reason, no parking would be permitted along this portion of Cradock Avenue.
