The Parktown Girls touch rugby first team was undefeated over the entire season.

Parktown High School for Girls is proud of all their touch rugby teams for a fantastic season.

Director of Sport at Parktown Girls Catherine McCreesh said five out of their seven teams made it through to the league finals on March 12 at St Declan’s School.

The first team and U17 team won their matches against the top school of the Eastern Gauteng League.

“This is a fantastic achievement and a great way to end the season. A special mention must go to the first team who were undefeated over the entire season,” said McCreesh.

Alexis Tokarsky-Jennings was awarded the prize for Most Valuable Player in the U15 age group.

“Thanks must go to Mrs Tarryn Wilson and her team of managers and coaches who have done their utmost to ensure the season is a success.”
