Dads treated to free entrance and coffee at Joburg Zoo this Father’s Day

SAXONWOLD – Free coffee will be sponsored by Stages Restaurant.

Dads will be treated to free entrance and a free coffee at the Johannesburg Zoo this Father’s Day (20 June) between the hours of 9am and 11am.

MMC for Community Development at the City of Joburg, councillor Margaret Arnolds said, “In a society where so many children are without present fathers, we salute those dads who safeguard their children while developing confident strong, yet caring human beings.

“To those dads who took time to play in the park, ride a bike or read that bedtime story 20 times over, we say, thank you!”

Arnolds said that the zoo continues to comply with all Covid-19 regulations and it remains compulsory for all visitors to wear their masks, practise safe distancing and sanitise at all times.

The free coffee is sponsored by Stages Restaurant.

The general public, including children, will pay the normal entrance fees of R110 per adult and R65 per child.
