Pridwin aims to embrace diversity and transformation

MELROSE – Staff members got to know one another a bit better through conversation and shared time together.

Pridwin Preparatory School, based in Melrose, said they believed in the power of diversity and strove to build a balanced and inclusive school where no member of the Pridwin community felt under-represented.

The #PridwinPal initiative was created with the aim of getting to know another Pridwin family member.

On 12 February, the #PridwinPals had a chance to get to know each other and catch up following a long December break.

Executive headmaster Patrick Lees said, “We live in a wonderfully diverse country. At Pridwin we embrace diversity and transformation and encourage our boys to respect, understand and value each other’s differences. At Pridwin, it is absolutely vital that every boy, member of staff and parent feels like they belong.”
