SPAR gives us another Covid-19 challenge involving eggs
JOBURG – This time, it's a chance to give back to communities who need food the most.
SPAR is giving us an opportunity to get out of swallowing a raw egg by exchanging our nomination for the #EggChallenge for a #SPARdonate challenge.
What it entails is buying a six-pack of eggs, one kilogram of maize and a litre of milk during your next shop at any SPAR store and placing these items into the designated #SPARdonate shopping cart outside the stores.
SPAR says on its website, “Not only are we putting shopping carts outside our stores where you can donate, but we will also donate R1 for every #SPARdonate to the SPAR Lodestar foundation feeding scheme.”
