JOBURG – Some areas that will be affected include Oaklands, Waverley and Alexandra.
Johannesburg Water has notified residents in Waverley, Oaklands, Alexandra, Far East Bank, Savoy Estate and Gallo Manor of water disruptions due to maintenance in those areas.
The maintenance will occur in the affected areas on these dates:
Oaklands, Waverley, The Gardens:
Date: 18 February
Time: 8am–6pm
Impact: No water, the maintenance work is for a water pipe replacement.
Alexandra and Far East Bank:
Date: 18 February
Time: 8am–9pm
Impact: Residents will have no water due to bulk pipeline repairs.
Savoy Estate:
Date: 18 February
Time: 8am–6pm
Impact: Connection of a new fire hydrant, no water during the service.
Gallo Manor:
Date: 20 February
Time: 8.30am–5.30am
Impact: No water due to a tie-in.
