Planned power outage for Joburg CBD

City Power Joburg has notified residents in Joburg Central and Braamfontein of a planned power outage on 14 August from 10pm. 

The power outage will last until 6am the next day on 15 August. The power supply may be restored and customers have been urged to treat their electricity supply points live at all times.

The outage, City Power said was for essential maintenance work on their network and apologised for the inconvenience it may cause.
