Body of a man found in a drain
JOHANNESBURG – Police have found a dead body of a man in a drain.
The body of a man, believed to be in his 50s, was found in a drain this afternoon (25 June) on the Golden Highway onramp on the N1 highway, Johannesburg.
According to emergency services ER24, they were called to the scene after the JMPD were flagged down by motorists.
“On arrival at 15h08, ER24 medics found the body of a man, believed to be in his 50s, lying in the drain. Unfortunately, the man had been dead for some time. Nothing could be done for the man and he was declared dead,” ER24 said in the statement.
The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local police were on the scene for further investigations.
