Sandringham and Sydenham Resident Association AGM to take place

SANDRINGHAM – Read on to find out which topics will be addressed at the resident association AGM meeting next week.

 


The next Sydenham and Sandringham Resident Association AGM is set to take place on 20 February at Jabula Recreational Centre.

According to vice chairperson Marli Goldberg, the meeting will commence at 7pm and most of the members of the Sandringham and Sydenham areas are expected to be present.

Goldberg stated that some of the topics that will be addressed at the meeting are the election of office bearers, Community Policing Forum representatives and the chairperson report. “The items to cover concern progress on the municipal pool issue, residential developments taking place, the financial situation of the SRAJ, and crime. Also to be addressed are future projects which are centred around lobbying City on electricity supply to the area, street lights not functioning, and involvement with SAPS and CAP.”
