Training for the public and volunteers at Lifeline in Norwood.

NORWOOD – LifeLine's ongoing training with Renate Landman.

LifeLine Johannesburg will be hosting a talk by Renate Landman at its Norwood offices on 23 February.

The topic of her talk will be, Discover the Invisible, and Landman will be discussing the obstacles to success, growth and fulfilment. She facilitates transformation for individuals and teams, internationally. Her work encompasses leadership development, team effectiveness, communication and personal development. She hosts a weekly radio spot titled, A Planet Called Work, in which she discusses work-related issues.

As a professional certified coach with the International Coach Federation, she is passionate about allowing people and teams to move beyond barriers by gaining deep self-awareness and critical skills. Landman said, “I continue to be amazed by the power we have to create engaging, meaningful lives and produce extraordinary results when we choose to live our deepest and most authentic values.

“If we build from our core, choose consciously, commit and take action, I believe we can all have the lives we want and work that is engaging and enlivening. My coaching relationships reach into corporations and homes. The relationships are dynamic and the results extraordinary. ”

This talk forms part of the ongoing training offered by LifeLine Johannesburg. LifeLine’s counselling services manager, Nicole Imerman said, “Ongoing training is an opportunity for Lifeline volunteers to connect with one another and for the broader community to learn, be inspired, encourage personal growth and development and facilitate skills acquisition.”

The talk will begin at 6.30pm for 7pm and tickets are R100 per person and R50 for LifeLine volunteers.
