Pupils selected to represent Gauteng hockey provincial teams
ILLOVO - St David’s High School congratulated its hockey players for being selected to represent Gauteng hockey provincial teams.
In total, 26 boys were selected for the teams. “We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them,” said Carey Fisher-Gietzman, marketing liaison officer of the school.
The following boys were selected to represent the teams in their age group:
U14 D: Matthew Cronson and James Adelaine
U14 C: Keagan Perdikies and Reilly Preece
U14 B: Michael Tselentis and Bryce Till
U16 D: Tetelo Mapaka and the reserves Nic Davies and Euan Talbort
U16 C: Brynn Hunink
U16 B: Aiden Jordaan
U16 A: Tommi Longwe, Rupert Hartmann, Brady Matthews, Shane Weisz and Thabo Fokane
U17 A: Jared Van Harn and Gavin Perry
U18 B: Lloyd Uren, Rayner York and Ben Rayner
U18 A: Spencer Botes, Darren Till, Thomas Heald, Guy Terry and Dean Wyatt.
