Ward 73 councillor Marcelle Ravid has called on residents to meet at the park on 11 February at 5pm to look over the plans for the proposed upgrade and to add their suggestions.
The park is situated between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue, off 12th Street. Proposed improvements include an upgrade to the playground, the establishment of a footpath, the installation of perimeter fencing and lighting, beautification of the flower beds, and attention to the park’s overall aesthetic.
Ravid said she had made some suggestions herself already. “This is your park and you must have a say,” she urged residents.
