Joburg Ballet and former CEO reconcile after years of litigation

After years of litigation, Joburg Ballet and its former CEO, Dirk Badenhorst  have found an amicable solution to the various disputes between them.

In a statement, the ballet company said both parties have agreed to settle all pending disputes between them and have undertaken to keep the terms and conditions of their settlement agreement confidential.

“Joburg Ballet wants to thank all its supporters, funders and the ballet public at large for their continued support,” Joburg Ballet said in a statement.

In their attempt to grow classical ballet in the country, Joburg Ballet said it looked forward to working alongside Badenhorst.
