A good night for Neighbourgoods

BRAAMFONTEIN – Find out more about who’ll be performing at the Neighbourgoods Night Market…

Neighbourgoods Market, which can be found on Juta Street, is usually only open on a Saturday, however, the increasingly popular food- and design venue has now made itself the central hub for the First Thursday initiative, thanks to its trendy night market.

While you wait for the fun of First Thursday to kick off, visit the market and step into a space filled with an incredible mix of delicious food that’s cooked on the spot, local craft beers and made-to-order smoothies. Then, you can head on up to the rooftop and stock up on some trendy stuff from local designers, including jewellery, vintage clothing and bamboo goodies. All this while watching the sun set over Braamfontein and sipping on a cocktail from the bar – sounds divine!

The music kicks in and guests attending the market will be thrilled to hear that the line-up includes the likes of Fritz Günter, The Sextons, Boxer, Sol Gems and Half ‘n Half, and they’ll keep the party going until the doors close.

The Neighbourgoods Night Market will take place on 7 April, from 5pm to 11pm at 73 Juta Street, Braamfontein.

Tickets to the rooftop and entertainment area cost R50, however, entrance to the food market is free.
