WATCH: Woman sues all homosexuals
JOBURG -A WOMAN, aged 66 from Nebraska, has filed a lawsuit in an attempt to sue every homosexual person in the world – on behalf of God and his son, Jesus Christ.
Sylvia Ann Driskell has submitted a seven-page document to the court of Omaha, pleading with them to hear the case against homosexuals – with no real indication as to what she aims to achieve from this.
The woman has listed herself as an ambassador who will be representing the plaintiffs God and Jesus Christ in court.
It has been reported that the woman has listed a number of books from the Bible to support her stance, rather than prior legal case studies.
The woman aims to sue every homosexual in the world, and has asked the court to rule whether homosexuality is a sin or not.
With laws against homosexuality being fiercely contested in almost every country today, this lawsuit, apart from being impractical, is a regression for gay rights organisations the world over.
The thoughts of the court are yet to be released, and whether this lawsuit will be seen by the Omaha Court at all is still unknown.
