Covering school books can often be one of the most time-consuming and frustrating tasks for parents.

Many parents choose to use contact adhesive to cover textbooks and workbooks since it generally lasts the longest. Check out this cool video to help you tackle the task with ease:

While contact adhesive is expensive and sometimes difficult to get the hang of, many parents opt for using other types of paper to cover books. Here are a few ideas:

  • Wrapping paper
  • Brown paper
  • Scrapbooking paper
  • Tissue paper
  • Newspaper
  • Reusable covers purchased from stationery outlets allowing books to slip into the cover easily without much effort
  • Plain plastic.
