FWJK group scoops four awards at PMR Africa Awards
SANDTON – One of the top quantity surveying groups, FWJK, got their due honour at the PMR Africa Awards where they took home four awards.
The FWJK group scooped four awards, taking away one for each of the company divisions, at the PMR Africa Awards ceremony held recently at the Maslow Hotel in Sandton.
For the second year running, first overall for business excellence in property development in South Africa was awarded to the group. The architecture division received the diamond award. Second place gold awards for project management and quantity surveying were also taken by FWJK.
Spokesperson for FWJK Rhys Rocke recorded his delight at being awarded the diamond category for the Best Developer in South Africa for the second year running.
“This bears testimony to the energy and professionalism to be found in FWJK’s varied property developments currently being undertaken nationally.”
According to Rocke, these awards recognise the ‘value-added’ to be found in the FWJK ‘co-development at cost-development methodology’ which has now achieved a stage of national awareness as a source of incredible value for money evidenced by a project rollout over the last 10 years totalling R10 billion in value.
