Buyani Zwane, director of Dynamic Leadership Solutions then took to the stage and maintained the flow as he elaborated on how working with young people with a desire to make a mark, required mentors who have ‘a clear definition of destiny’ in order to groom them. He said that those who guided these youngsters with their careers had to first know where they themselves were headed in the future.

Zwane stated that a lot of wrong perspectives needed to change, “Too often when people think about things going bad, they say they go south, well, going south needs to be able to find a solid base where south is a launchpad for success.” Projects such as My Future My Career are a step in the right direction to change many perspectives for the better.
