Would-be hijacking victim turns the tables on hijackers in Houghton

HOUGHTON - A Porsche driver escaped a hijacking incident when he decided to slam into the hijackers' vehicle and speed away.

Hijackers in Houghton met their match when the driver of the Porsche they were attempting to hijack turned the tables on them.

According to Times Live, the Porsche driver was entering the drive-way of his home in Houghton on 13 May when the hijackers pulled up behind him.

Security footage outside the premises shows one hijacker jumping out of the passenger side of the vehicle to approach the Porsche with a gun. The Porsche driver quickly reverses out of the drive-way and slams into the hijackers’ vehicle before speeding away.

The surprised hijacker is left dumb-founded and unsure of what to do next, according to Times Live. The get-away driver also panics and begins driving away without his accomplice.
