Alex child seeks his unknown father

The Social Development Department writes:

The Alexandra Cluster Department of Social Development is searching for the father of Mncedisi Tyhomfa, born on 29 April 2010 who is currently under the care of Noluthando Nobonile Tyhomfa.

The whereabouts of his biological father is unknown and social workers are trying to foster the child.
