Tremor in Joburg reaches as far as Pretoria
JOBURG - Residents across Johannesburg and Pretoria have taken to Twitter after an early morning tremor.
Residents in Joburg and Pretoria have taken to social media, reporting an earth tremor that was felt at about 5.10am.
While it is unclear what caused the tremor, many speculate that it could have been a mild earthquake.
The SA Weather Service has not mentioned the tremor on their daily weather report yet.
Joburg resident Robert Visser told Fourways Review that his house shook for about three seconds during the tremor.
Just experienced a #tremor in #Paulshof. House was shaking for about 3 secs. No I wasn't dreaming 😬Anyone else? @Fourways_Review @TrafficSA
