PARKTOWN – A school HIV sports policy does not align with the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

Parktown Boys High School’s HIV policy has come under scrutiny after it was discovered its policy seems to be outdated and does not align with the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

A highly credible source (who wishes to remain anonymous for professional reasons) told the Gazette that the school has hired a private company to review the school’s policy on HIV pupils playing contact sports in the school. The company, which has allegedly been hired, is called Rapewise.

The source said that the code of conduct would be reviewed by Rapewise and a lot of changes made so that it aligns with the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

An update will follow as details become available.
