Pastor Phiri spreads the good word

Famed TBN Channel pastor, and host of two TV shows, Pastor Frank Phiri is doing his best to do good.

Phiri is a speaker, writer, radio, TV personality, as well as the bishop of Restoration House Ministries.

Phiri, a Parktown resident, delivers his church services and strategic sermons titled Step In and The Journey.

In The Journey sermon, he profiles prominent South Africans who have strived to make successes of themselves and reach the top – whether it be overcoming poor circumstances or successfully spreading the word – against all odds.

The Step In sermon focuses on uplifting, inspiring and motivating the viewers based on the Bible.

Phiri has been very vocal on key national issues such as corruption, crime, women and child abuse, but the subject dearest to him is biblical restitution, in which he strongly teaches that all beneficiaries of apartheid must deliver restitution in various ways in order to uplift previously disadvantaged groups.

He uses various platforms to touch millions by teaching and preaching the message of ‘taking dominion’, a concept he has developed over the years which focuses on empowering the formerly disadvantaged groups in South Africa and furthermore, disadvantaged groups across the continent.
