ROSEBANK - A breakdown of the top performing stories in your community

Feel like the previous week past by too quick? The Rosebank Killarney Gazette team rounded up a few of our most read stories, just to get you in touch with what’s been happening in and around your community.

Topping the list this week, was news of Pick n Pay pickpockets caught red-handed in Killarney Mall. The story received much attention from our Facebook page, with many sharing their own ‘pickpocket stories.’

Staying in the crime section, a letter warning others against using untrustworthy placement agencies, gave many community members a wake-up call.

South Africa mourned with the Zulu family, after news of renowned racing car driver, Gugu Zulu passing surfaced. Zulu’s memorial surface also made headlines and touched the hearts of many.

Finally the week ended, but on a sad note. The story of Luka, a 14-year-old Italian greyhound, being viciously attacked at his home by three Rottweilers, left many dog lovers heartbroken.
