Arnold Schwarzenegger’s ambitious dream, The Arnold Classic, has grown into the biggest multi-sport event in the world, held annually in different countries. The spectacular sports extravaganza featured 47 different sports with more than 10 000 top athletes, watched by almost 50 000 spectators, over three days, filling all five floors of the Sandton Convention Centre.

The current Wits Martial Arts team is trained by national team senior coach master Gregory Hart. As a Wits student, Hart joined the martial arts team, going on to win the coveted title of Champion of Champions after competing in his first international tournament, the British Open Championships.

Hart passes on his awesome martial arts expertise to his students making the Wits team a force to be reckoned with. He said the current martial arts athletes are among the best he has trained in 20 years.
