Braam’s hidden gem now open on Monday’s

JOBURG - Daleah's – a little hidden gem on De Beer Street in Braamfontein now opens on Monday’s.

Following numerous requests from its customers, Daleah’s eatery,  a small tranquil café on De Beer Street in Braamfontein, is now also open for business on Mondays.

Manager of the establishment Walter Khulu said, “Our customers would often come on Mondays and find our doors closed, resulting in them going to other restaurants up the road… we were losing a lot of money.”

Daleah’s eatery is one of the locals’ favourite hangout spots, where its regulars go to either indulge in its delicious smoothies, have business meetings or simply catch up over some drinks with friends.

The eatery is well known for its absolutely delicious and fairly priced salads, pasta and ribs, its laid-back vibe, cool and friendly staff, and its homely old school décor.

“Prince Harry while on his visit to South Africa in 2015 graced us with his presence and stated that we have the best burgers and ribs,” added Khulu. “Some other famous and influential people who have popped in include Drew Barrymore and Thabo Mbeki’s wife, Zanele Mbeki.
