SuperSport United Academy holds trials
JOBURG - Aspiring young football players from the Gauteng have been urged to come and try their luck in the SuperSport United Youth Academy open trials on 16 January.
The trials will be held at the Panorama Sports Club in Paul Kruger Avenue, Roodepoort, at 7am.
Gates at the venue will be closed at 7.30am and players arriving late will not be allowed inside. Selected players will be considered for academy teams in the following age group: U14 – players born in 2003/2004 only; U16 – players born in 2001/2002 only; and U18 – players born in 1998/1999/2000 only.
Aspiring footballers must bring a certified copy of their birth certificates with a picture of themselves affixed to the certificate and a certified copy of their mother’s bar-coded identity document. Players must also bring their own playing kit.
