St Teresa’s Senior Primary School is extremely proud of Nandi Hlophe’s (Grade 5) gymnastics achievements.
During August, she competed in the Regional Central Gauteng Gymnastics competition winning a gold medal overall making her a champion in the U11, level 4 category.
Her scores were:
- Bar – gold (9.45)
- Floor – silver (9.25)
- Beam – gold (9.10)
- Vault – bronze (9.05)
- Overall winner – gold medal
Later in the month, she represented central Gauteng in the Central Gauteng Gymnastics Association Provincial Gymnastics competition and came second overall winning a silver medal.
Her scores were:
- Bar – silver (9.10)
- Floor – bronze (9.00)
- Beam – gold (9.20)
- Overall second place – silver medal
