Ward 90 councillor Martin Williams said the site was unsafe for pedestrians to walk by. He added, “Over the years, the holes have been filled for a short time and then dug up again because the repairs do not last.” He said there was water flowing from one of the holes again after it was reinstated a few weeks ago.
