A spruce for spring at De La Salle Holy Cross College

The junior school had some of their own volunteer their time to making their school look beautiful.

If you travelling down 13th Street in Victory Park and you spot a beautiful little garden you probably stopped at De La Salle Holy Cross College Junior School and you are admiring its façade.

To welcome the joy that this springtime, the junior school campus was prepared for the start of the third term. Thanks to the efforts of Gemma and Fabio Terlizzi as well as Brooklyn and Kristen Cabrita, the school was beautifully ready to welcome children for the start of the new term.

Plants are prepared for planting.

The four are said to have been hard at work cleaning up litter, painting pot plants and planting new indigenous plants to welcome everyone back on September 6.

The school was grateful for their hands and thanked these learners and their parents for their commitment to the school and the love that they have for this community. A thank you was also sent to Ed Scott, for the donation of lovely aloes that went towards this project.
